Finally on the last day of my April vacation, the weather cleared and we had a perfectly gorgeous day.

The West Rim Trail is one of the longer hikes and is considered strenuous. The strenuous part was getting up to the base of Angel's Landing. After that, it wasn't bad at all although I didn't make it to the end so maybe it gets worse. It is beautiful country and if you like communing with nature without a lot of people around you, this is one to try.
