I visited Capitol Reef National Park(Utah) the end of May. It was full of wild flowers. I particularlylove the juxtaposition of flowers and rock.

This was taken on the Capitol Gorge trail - it is an easy walk that follows a dry river bed. Watch out for those sudden, heavy rains though. I got caught in one of these and within half an hour, there were substantial waterfalls coming off the cliffs where there had been no stream shortly before.
