I think the color of the sandstone in Capitol Reef has the greatest range of the parks I've seen. There are light tones (whites, golds, pinks, turquoise) to very dark tones (reds, browns, oranges). As in this photo, the beautiful sandstone is surrounded by a multitude of other colors found in the flowers, shrubs and trees.
